VOLPEVOLPE is the creative moniker of multidisciplinary artist-volunteers Mark and Laurie Volpe, who blend their backgrounds in visual art, sculpture, and sound to craft immersive installations exploring contrast, transformation, and the beauty of found materials. Based in Los Angeles, their collaborative work draws inspiration from ecology, urban experience, and the subconscious, employing everything from salvaged wood and electronic detritus to delicate watercolor and ink. VOLPEVOLPE first garnered attention with site-specific exhibitions in alternative spaces and has since participated in group shows at emerging art venues, festivals, and community workshops throughout Southern California.

Their projects often invite audience participation, highlighting themes of decay, renewal, and collective memory.
