I-F, born Ferenc E. van der Sluijs in The Hague, Netherlands, is a visionary Dutch producer, DJ, and radio broadcaster renowned for his influential role in the evolution of electro, Italo disco, and underground electronic dance music from the 1990s onward. A pivotal figure in reviving and preserving the sound of early synth-driven music, I-F gained critical acclaim with his 1997 track "Space Invaders Are Smoking Grass," often credited as an early pillar in the electroclash movement.

As a former member of the techno collective Unit Moebius, he already honed his darker, experimental edge before launching his solo career. Through his label, Viewlexx, and seminal online radio station Intergalactic FM, I-F became a tastemaker and archivist, curating lost gems and fostering a vibrant global community devoted to eclectic electronics.
