Jane Margarette is a Los Angeles-based multidisciplinary artist whose practice spans sculpture, installation, and mixed media. With a background in ceramics and a deep appreciation for material exploration, Margarette’s work flourishes at the intersection of whimsy and domesticity, often transforming everyday objects into surprising portals that blend fantasy and the familiar. Her brightly colored, tactile pieces frequently incorporate motifs from nature, childhood, and kitsch culture, inviting viewers to reimagine the ordinary through an imaginative and humorous lens.

She has exhibited in galleries and museums nationally and internationally, including solo and group shows at venues such as Steve Turner Gallery in Los Angeles, Public Gallery in London, and the American Museum of Ceramic Art. Through her playful aesthetics and inventive forms, Jane Margarette continues to expand the possibilities of sculpture, crafting spaces where nostalgia and wonder collide.
