Since 2007, it has partnered with the Cologne Filmhaus to present the monthly "Something Weird Cinema" series, further cementing its role as a beacon of alternative culture. In the realm of electronic music, Gebäude 9 has become synonymous with the drum 'n' bass scene in Cologne, thanks to its longstanding, well-attended monthly parties like Basswerk Session and Phonogenic, which have positioned the venue as a leading force in this genre. Additionally, in-house events such as "Gogo Crazy," a pop and punk party, and the "Balkan Express" continue to enjoy immense popularity among the city's nightlife enthusiasts.
