Originally, the building on Via Toffetti 25 was home to a company specializing in the production of mechanical gears.

However, it wasn't until November 2015 that the space underwent a significant private redevelopment, emerging anew as a modern multipurpose venue: Distretto Industriale 4.

Its strategic location, distanced from residential areas yet easily accessible by public transportation and train, makes it an ideal spot for nightlife enthusiasts. The venue boasts ample parking, accommodating guests both day and night. Since its reinvention, DI4 has gained a reputation as a beacon of electronic music in Milan.
