The Drifter

The Drifter, aka Mark Flynn, is an Irish DJ, producer, and co-founder of the record label Maeve. Renowned for his emotive and melodic approach to house and techno, he has carved out a unique space within the electronic music landscape. Starting his musical journey in Waterford, Ireland, The Drifter developed his taste and craft through early DJ residencies, before moving to Berlin—one of the world’s key electronic music hubs.

With a background in songwriting and live performance, The Drifter brings a nuanced sense of harmony and progression to his DJ sets and productions. His releases on labels such as Permanent Vacation, Maeve, and Lossless have received critical acclaim, resonating with dance floors across Europe and beyond. He has played at leading clubs and festivals around the globe, including appearances at Panorama Bar, Printworks, and DGTL Festival.
