Tarquin is a London-based DJ, producer, and composer known for pioneering a playful, experimental edge within the UK’s underground electronic landscape. Beginning his journey in the vibrant world of UK Funky and Grime, Tarquin developed a unique sound blending leftfield club sensibilities with quirky melodies and unpredictable rhythms. He emerged in the mid-2010s, quickly gaining recognition through his releases on labels such as Gobstopper Records and his own label, Bandcamp-based Jumping Fences.

His productions, including tracks like "Corn" and his collaborations with talents such as Tadafi and Jammz, showcase his signature use of skittering beats, off-kilter synths, and a distinctly London sense of humor. Tarquin’s debut LP, "Atlantic Plates" (2018), received praise for its inventive approach and genre-defying tracks, reaffirming his reputation as an innovator in UK dance music. Aside from his solo work, Tarquin is a core member of the musical collective Silk Road Assassins and has remixed tracks for artists across a variety of scenes.
