Steve Aoki

Steve Aoki is a renowned American DJ, record producer, and music executive, widely recognized for his energetic live performances, electrifying remixes, and high-profile collaborations. Born on November 30, 1977, in Miami, Florida, and raised in Newport Beach, California, Aoki is the son of Rocky Aoki, founder of the Benihana restaurant chain. He began his musical journey during his college years at the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he founded his own record label, Dim Mak Records, in 1996.
