Marian

Marian is an interdisciplinary artist from Germany whose work spans painting, installation, and digital media. Born in Berlin in 1989, Marian began experimenting with visual art in adolescence, inspired by the city’s vibrant street art scene and its complex historical layers. After studying at the Universität der Künste Berlin, Marian developed a practice rooted in exploring memory, identity, and the interplay between urban and natural environments.

Their pieces often combine bold colors, textural layering, and striking contrasts, inviting viewers to navigate both personal and collective narratives. Marian’s art has been exhibited in galleries across Europe, and their recent projects increasingly incorporate interactive digital components, reflecting a persistent curiosity about the boundaries between physical and virtual experiences. Residing now in Hamburg, Marian continues to collaborate with artists from diverse backgrounds while mentoring emerging talent and contributing to community-oriented art initiatives throughout Germany.
