Maik Miroux

Maik Miroux is a multidisciplinary artist from Spain whose work spans painting, sculpture, and new media. Born and raised in Madrid, Miroux developed a deep appreciation for both classical Spanish art and contemporary European movements, fusing these influences into a distinctive visual language characterized by bold color palettes, textural experimentation, and an ongoing dialogue between abstraction and representation. After studying Fine Arts at the Complutense University of Madrid, Miroux began exhibiting in local galleries and quickly attracted attention for his innovative use of mixed materials and site-specific installations that invite viewers to experience art as an immersive encounter.

His practice often explores themes of memory, identity, and the shifting landscapes of urban life, earning him residencies in Berlin, Paris, and Barcelona.
