Loren

Loren is a multidisciplinary artist whose work traverses the boundaries between painting, sculpture, and digital media. Born in 1986 and currently based in Los Angeles, Loren draws inspiration from urban environments, personal memory, and the interplay of color and texture found in everyday life. After earning a BFA from the Rhode Island School of Design, Loren embarked on a journey that took them across a variety of creative industries, including graphic design and set decoration, experiences that continue to inform the tactile and conceptual layers of their artwork.

Loren’s practice is characterized by an intuitive approach to materials, merging traditional techniques with innovative processes to create pieces that evoke both immediacy and introspection. Their work has been exhibited in galleries across the United States and featured in numerous art publications. With a strong commitment to community engagement and collaboration, Loren frequently leads workshops and participates in public art projects aimed at fostering dialogue and accessibility in contemporary art.
