Leo Leonski

Leo Leonski is a contemporary visual artist whose evocative creations explore the liminal spaces between memory and reality. Born in Warsaw in 1988, Leonski’s early fascination with urban landscapes and Eastern European folklore profoundly shaped his artistic vision. After studying at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, Leonski began experimenting with mixed media, combining painting, collage, and digital manipulation.

His work is recognized for its layered textures and haunting depictions of transient figures set against shifting, dreamlike backdrops. Leonski has exhibited in solo and group shows across Europe, including major galleries in Berlin, Prague, and Vienna. His practice often delves into themes of displacement, cultural identity, and the fleeting nature of belonging, earning him critical acclaim and a dedicated following.

Leo Leonski continues to push the boundaries of narrative and abstraction from his studio in Berlin, where he also mentors emerging artists and contributes to community arts initiatives.
