Karina Schneider

Karina Schneider is a multidisciplinary artist whose work explores the intersections of memory, landscape, and identity through a diverse range of media including painting, printmaking, and installation. Drawing on her upbringing between urban and rural environments, Schneider’s art is marked by a nuanced dialogue between natural forms and architectural structures. Her evocative compositions employ layered textures, subtle color palettes, and organic motifs to question the boundaries between the seen and unseen, the remembered and the imagined.

Schneider has exhibited widely in galleries throughout the United States and Europe, and her work is held in several private and public collections. In addition to her studio practice, she is an active collaborator on community-based art projects and has led workshops in visual storytelling and sustainable art practices. Schneider earned her MFA from the Rhode Island School of Design and currently lives and works in Berlin.
