HiTech

HiTech is a Detroit-based DJ and producer known for blurring the lines between techno, rap, ghetto tech, and electronic music. Deeply rooted in the city's underground scene, HiTech is a collaborative project comprised of artists 47Chops, Milf Melly, and King Milo. Their unique approach combines breakneck rhythms, playful soundbites, and bass-heavy production, resulting in a sound both homage to Detroit's storied dance music legacy and vibrantly futuristic.

Rising to prominence in the early 2020s, HiTech's self-titled debut album released in 2022 on the legendary Motor City label Mahogani Music, garnered acclaim from global tastemakers for its frenetic, genre-defying energy. Tracks like "We Deserve This" and "Snake Charmer" showcase the trio’s signature blend of chopped vocals, chopped-up club samples, and rapid-fire raps. HiTech is recognized for wild, high-octane live sets, fusing live electronics, quick mixing, and crowd-hyping mic work.
