Eva Loveless is a multidisciplinary artist whose evocative works traverse the boundaries between sculpture, installation, and performance. Born in Detroit and now based in Philadelphia, Loveless explores themes of memory, identity, and intimacy through a haunting blend of found materials and meticulously crafted objects. Her practice is informed by her background in psychology and her ongoing investigation into the emotional residue of everyday spaces.
Loveless’s installations often invite viewers to confront their own vulnerabilities, employing tactile surfaces, immersive soundscapes, and evocative lighting. She has exhibited in group and solo shows across the United States, including notable venues such as the Icebox Project Space and the Detroit Contemporary Gallery. Her work has also been featured in publications such as Artforum and Hyperallergic.
A graduate of the Tyler School of Art and Architecture, Eva Loveless continues to deepen her artistic inquiry through residencies and collaborations, fostering dialogues that bridge the personal and universal.
