Daisy Weweh

Daisy Weweh is an innovative contemporary artist from Ukraine whose work is characterized by vivid colors, emotive brushstrokes, and deeply personal themes. Rooted in her experiences growing up in a post-Soviet landscape, her art draws from folk traditions, modern abstraction, and a rich interplay of memory and identity. After graduating from the Kyiv National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture, Daisy’s portfolio quickly garnered attention for its unique fusion of cultural homage and experimental technique.

Her paintings, installations, and digital media pieces have been exhibited across Europe and featured in numerous group shows focused on emerging Eastern European talent. A vocal advocate for artistic freedom and resilience, Daisy channels her experiences of displacement and renewal into each project, using art as a means of bridging histories, communities, and personal narratives.
