Conio is a contemporary visual artist whose work explores the interplay between urban environments and individual identity. Born in 1987 in São Paulo, Brazil, Conio draws deep inspiration from the city’s vibrant street art culture and its ever-changing landscape. From an early age, Conio engaged with art as a means of self-expression and social commentary, using mixed media, collage, and bold color palettes to evoke emotional narratives.
After completing formal studies at the Escola de Belas Artes at the Universidade de São Paulo, Conio began exhibiting both locally and internationally, rapidly gaining recognition for a distinctive aesthetic that blends graffiti influences with abstract forms. Conio’s pieces are celebrated for their explorations of tension between chaos and order, personal memory and collective experience. Through exhibitions in cities such as Berlin, New York, and Tokyo, Conio continues to challenge boundaries, provoke dialogue, and inspire new ways of seeing the contemporary world.
