Chocolate Puma is a Dutch DJ and production duo formed by René ter Horst (DJ Zki) and Gaston Steenkist (Dobre), two pivotal figures in the Netherlands' vibrant electronic music scene. With roots tracing back to the early '90s under various aliases, the pair officially began releasing music as Chocolate Puma in 2001, quickly gaining recognition with their debut hit "I Wanna Be U." Renowned for their innovative approach that fuses house, techno, and elements of funk, Chocolate Puma have delivered a steady stream of club anthems on influential labels such as Defected, Spinnin’ Records, and their own Pssst Music imprint.
