Alejandro Alvarez

Alejandro Alvarez is a contemporary multidisciplinary artist whose work explores the intersection of memory, landscape, and identity. Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Alvarez was influenced early on by the vibrant colors and rhythms of his hometown, elements that would come to characterize much of his artistic output. After moving to Barcelona in his early twenties, he formally studied fine arts at the Universitat de Barcelona, where he developed a unique visual language blending painting, installation, and digital media.

Alvarez’s artworks are marked by layered textures, evocative imagery, and a keen exploration of cultural narratives, often drawing upon his Latin American heritage and experiences of migration.
