TDE100 – London Exhibition marks a pivotal moment in the journey of The Disco Express, celebrating a hundred releases and the enduring impact of its distinctive energy on dancefloors around the world. On September 17th, The Book Club will open its doors to a night devoted to the art, culture, and music that have defined the label’s movement since its inception. Blending the raw spirit of classic disco with a forward-thinking approach, TDE100 promises a tribute to the past while carving out a perpetual groove for the future.
The lineup features an electrifying roster. Bustin’ Loose, founder and curator behind The Disco Express, leads the proceedings, bringing his signature blend of disco, house, and soulful rarities. Joining him, Caio Cenci and Crystal Touch showcase the label’s underground reach, weaving deep textures and infectious rhythms.
Roland & Brother Rich conjure funk-laden journeys, while Poppi moves between cosmic boogie and late-night heat. Monsieur Van Pratt injects his globally-recognized edits and original disco cuts, with Old as Funk and Pete Maxey rounding out the night, bridging new-school energy with an authentic nod to the genre’s roots. As an immersive showcase, TDE100 transforms The Book Club into a multidimensional space with visual installations, archival material from The Disco Express vaults, and curated pop-ups celebrating the label’s contribution to London’s dance music community.
Expect a night deep in the heart of groove culture—where tradition, innovation, and community collide on the dancefloor, amplifying what The Disco Express has always been about: unity through rhythm, story, and sound.
