Zanias

Zanias is the solo project of Australian-born, Berlin-based artist Alison Lewis, renowned for her ethereal approach to electronic music that seamlessly intertwines elements of darkwave, techno, and industrial pop. Emerging from a background in anthropology, Lewis channels existential themes, introspective lyricism, and haunting, emotive vocals into her work, resulting in immersive sonic landscapes driven by pulsing beats and shimmering synths. First gaining prominence as a founding member of the acclaimed synthwave bands Linea Aspera and Keluar, Zanias launched her solo debut with the 2016 EP "To the Core," quickly establishing herself as a visionary force within the global dark electronic scene.

Her subsequent albums, including "Into the All" and "Unearthed," further solidified her reputation for crafting deeply affecting music that explores the mysteries of human emotion and consciousness. In addition to her solo pursuits, Zanias is active as a DJ, producer, and the founder of the influential label Fleisch Records, fostering a vibrant international community dedicated to innovative electronic music.
