Travis Allen

Travis Allen is a multidisciplinary artist recognized for his thought-provoking exploration of memory, landscape, and identity. Born in 1988 in the Pacific Northwest, Allen’s early exposure to lush natural environments deeply influenced his creative output, leading him to work with a diverse array of media including painting, sculpture, and installation. After earning a BFA from the Rhode Island School of Design in 2011, he spent several years developing his signature style—marked by atmospheric compositions, tactile surfaces, and a subtle interplay between abstraction and realism.

Allen’s work investigates the tension between personal experience and collective history, often drawing on archival materials and found objects to construct evocative narratives. He has exhibited widely across the United States and Europe, receiving critical acclaim for both solo and group exhibitions.
