Steevio is an influential electronic music producer and live performer hailing from the United Kingdom, renowned for his pioneering work within the modular synthesis and techno scenes. With roots that trace back to the acid house explosion of the late 1980s, Steevio’s journey through music began as a DJ and quickly evolved as he delved into production, drawing from jazz, funk, and experimental electronic styles. Alongside his partner Suzybee, Steevio co-founded the celebrated Freerotation festival in Wales, a gathering acclaimed for its intimate, community-led ethos and focus on innovative electronic music.

Well known for his improvised, hardware-only live sets, Steevio’s sound is characterized by rhythmic intricacy and a deep sense of organic movement, crafted mainly through his self-built modular synthesizer system.
