Softi

Softi is a multidisciplinary artist whose practice traverses the boundaries of visual art, technology, and sensory experience. Born in 1994 and emerging from the vibrant underground scene of Berlin, Softi’s work is distinguished by its ethereal use of color, experimental digital manipulations, and subtle references to nostalgia, vulnerability, and the tactile. The artist’s unique approach is marked by their blending of analog and digital media, frequently incorporating textiles, soundscapes, and found imagery to create immersive dreamlike environments.

Over the past decade, Softi’s projects have been showcased in group and solo exhibitions throughout Europe, with critically acclaimed installations at Haus der Kulturen der Welt, and festival appearances at transmediale and CTM. Drawing inspiration from personal memory and internet subcultures, Softi invites viewers to reflect upon the fluidity of identity, the affective potential of digital aesthetics, and the intimate relationships we form with technology.
