Sasa Strauss (DE)

Sasa Strauss is a multidisciplinary artist based in Germany whose practice explores the intersections of memory, landscape, and identity through painting, sculpture, and site-specific installation. Drawing inspiration from both urban and rural environments, Strauss constructs layered visual narratives that reflect on themes of displacement, transition, and belonging. After studying fine art in Berlin and exhibiting widely across Europe, Strauss has become recognized for a sensitive approach to materiality—using found objects, natural pigments, and experimental techniques to evoke a sense of tactile storytelling.
