Sam Londt

Sam Londt is a contemporary visual artist whose work explores identity, resilience, and the interplay between personal history and collective memory. Born in Cape Town, South Africa, Sam has developed a distinctive style that fuses mixed media, painting, and digital collage. Drawing inspiration from urban landscapes, pop culture, and archival imagery, Sam’s art navigates the boundaries between nostalgia and modernity, often incorporating found objects and unconventional materials.

After studying Fine Art at the Michaelis School of Fine Art, Sam participated in numerous group and solo exhibitions both locally and internationally, earning recognition for a raw yet poetic approach to storytelling. Through evocative visual language and immersive installations, Sam seeks to provoke dialogue around themes of displacement, heritage, and empowerment, making a meaningful contribution to the contemporary art scene.
