pH Project

pH Project is a forward-thinking artist collective based in the Netherlands, known for their innovative fusion of visual art, technology, and participatory installations. Founded in 2017 by collaborators Janneke de Vries and Koen Baas, the collective emerged from a shared passion for exploring the boundaries between analog and digital media. Their works often employ interactive elements, inviting audiences to engage physically and conceptually with their immersive environments.

pH Project’s practice is deeply rooted in themes of environmental awareness, social connectivity, and sensory perception, prompting viewers to challenge their relationship with both natural and artificial worlds. Their ambitious installations have been exhibited in renowned Dutch institutions such as the Stedelijk Museum Breda and the Amsterdam Light Festival, as well as international venues in Berlin and Copenhagen. Committed to fostering dialogue around sustainability and the role of art in society, pH Project collaborates frequently with scientists, technologists, and local communities to create experiences that are as meaningful as they are visually striking.
