Nina Farrina

Nina Farrina is a multidisciplinary artist from Slovakia whose evocative work blends themes of memory, identity, and nature. Born and raised in Bratislava, Farrina developed an early passion for visual storytelling, inspired by the lush landscapes and intricate folk traditions of her homeland. Her practice spans painting, mixed media, and installation, often incorporating found objects and organic materials to explore the interplay between past and present.

After studying Fine Arts at the Academy of Arts in Banská Bystrica, she began exhibiting her work across Central Europe, gaining recognition for her unique approach to texture and color. Farrina's art is marked by a sensitive attention to detail and an emotional resonance that invites viewers to contemplate their own sense of place and belonging. Her works have been featured in several group and solo exhibitions, and she continues to push the boundaries of contemporary Slovak art through experimentation and collaboration.
