Nic Lorenz

Nic Lorenz is a multidisciplinary artist whose work explores the intersection between memory, identity, and place. Born in 1987 and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Lorenz developed an early affinity for natural landscapes and urban environments, themes that continue to influence his practice. After studying Fine Art at Oregon College of Art and Craft, Lorenz began exhibiting in local and regional galleries, garnering attention for his evocative mixed-media installations and digital art.

His work frequently incorporates found objects, archival materials, and experimental processes to create intricate visual narratives that invite contemplation and emotional engagement. Lorenz has participated in residencies across North America and Europe, and his pieces have been included in both solo and group exhibitions. Guided by a curiosity about the ways we construct personal and collective histories, he continues to push the boundaries of traditional mediums, striving to create immersive experiences that resonate with a diverse audience.
