Mx. Sür is a multidisciplinary artist from Turkey whose work blends performance, visual arts, and sound to probe the boundaries of identity, memory, and environment. Growing up between Istanbul’s bustling metropolis and the serene Anatolian landscapes, Mx.

Sür developed a unique artistic sensibility shaped by cultural hybridity and personal reflection. Their practice often incorporates found objects, archival materials, and local traditions, questioning conceptions of belonging and transformation within both private and public spaces. After studying contemporary art in Istanbul and participating in artist residencies across Europe and the Middle East, Mx.

Sür has exhibited in solo and group shows internationally, including venues in Berlin, Amsterdam, and Beirut. Their immersive installations invite viewers to reconsider everyday realities and systems of meaning, marked by a subtle yet persistent social commentary. Dedicated to fostering creative dialogue, Mx.

Sür also mentors emerging artists and organizes community-based workshops, using art as a tool for connection and empowerment.
