MAF

MAF is a multidisciplinary artist whose practice traverses the boundaries between painting, sculpture, and installation. Born in 1988 and based in Mexico City, MAF has developed a distinctive visual language marked by dynamic abstractions and the interplay of color, form, and texture. Drawing inspiration from urban landscapes, collective memory, and the subconscious, their work often navigates themes of transformation and fragmentation.

MAF’s pieces have been exhibited internationally, appearing in solo and group shows across Latin America, Europe, and the United States. With a background in both fine arts and architecture, MAF merges technical rigor with experimental approaches, creating immersive experiences that invite reflection on perception and spatial relations. Committed to fostering dialogue between emerging art communities, MAF has also participated in collaborative projects, public art interventions, and residencies, continually pushing the evolution of their artistic voice.
