Lukid

Lukid is the pseudonym of British electronic musician Luke Blair, who has been a notable presence in the UK’s experimental and leftfield electronic music scenes since the mid-2000s. Emerging from North London, Lukid’s early work blended hazy atmospheres, fractured beats, and abstract melodies, earning critical acclaim for releases on labels such as Werk Discs and Liberation Technologies. Known for his nuanced, genre-defying sound, Lukid draws inspiration from hip-hop, ambient, and IDM, often weaving these influences into immersive, off-kilter soundscapes.

In addition to his solo material, Blair has collaborated with artists across disciplines—most notably with Simon Lord in the group Rezzett—and contributed to projects ranging from film scores to radio programs. Through his distinctive approach to rhythm and texture, Lukid has developed a dedicated following and remains an influential figure within the British underground electronic community.
