LILA (1)

LILA (1) is a contemporary visual artist whose work explores the interplay between emotion, memory, and abstraction through mixed media. Born and raised in Toronto, LILA developed a love for vibrant color and dynamic composition at an early age, drawing inspiration from the city’s multicultural landscape and the natural world. After earning a BFA from OCAD University, LILA’s early practice centered on expressive painting and collage, gradually evolving to include digital manipulation and installation art.

Her pieces often blend organic and geometric forms, inviting viewers into meditative, dream-like spaces that reflect personal narratives and universal human experiences. LILA’s work has been exhibited in solo and group shows across Canada and internationally, and she is known for her commitment to community engagement through workshops and collaborative projects.
