Klubbheads

Klubbheads are a Dutch dance music production duo consisting of Koen Groeneveld and Addy van der Zwan. Emerging from the bustling Rotterdam club scene in the early 1990s, they quickly became synonymous with energetic and infectious house music. Klubbheads gained international acclaim with their signature blend of driving beats, catchy hooks, and playful sampling, often featured in the peak hours of clubs across Europe.

Their breakthrough came in 1996 with the release of "Klubbhopping," which topped dance charts and became an anthem for ravers and clubbers. Over the years, Klubbheads have produced a string of hits such as "Kickin' Hard," "Turn Up the Bass," and the widely celebrated "Discohopping." They’ve also produced and remixed tracks under numerous aliases, such as DJ Disco, Da Klubb Kings, and Hi_Tack, collaborating with and remixing for artists like Scooter, 2 Unlimited, and DJ Jean.

Klubbheads are recognized for their influence during the late 90s and early 2000s in shaping the Eurodance and hard house genres, inspiring countless DJs and producers. Their production style, featuring infectious melodies and high-energy rhythms, remains a staple in dance music sets worldwide. Despite changing trends in the electronic music scene, Klubbheads continue to tour and release music, maintaining a loyal fan base and a legacy as pioneers of the club sound.
