justUS is an experimental music and visual art duo formed in 2018 by multidisciplinary artists Alex Rivera and Maya Lee. Emerging from the vibrant underground scene of Brooklyn, New York, justUS blends elements of electronic, ambient, and hip-hop with evocative visual storytelling to explore themes of identity, memory, and collective consciousness. Their innovative approach centers on collaboration, transforming live performances into immersive, communal experiences by inviting audiences into the creative process.

justUS’s debut album, “echoes in between,” garnered critical acclaim for its genre-defying soundscapes and raw, emotional vulnerability.
