Josh Hubi

Josh Hubi is a contemporary visual artist whose evocative works blend abstract elements with subtle nods to urban landscapes and natural forms. Born in 1987 and raised in Minneapolis, Hubi began experimenting with drawing and painting at an early age, later honing his craft through a series of apprenticeships and formal studies in fine arts at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design. His mixed media compositions are recognizable for their vivid color palettes, dynamic textures, and an underlying sense of rhythm—often drawing inspiration from street art, underground music, and the shifting moods of city life.

Through solo and group exhibitions across the United States and Europe, Hubi has gained recognition for his ability to merge chaos and harmony in his art, inviting viewers to contemplate the tension between order and spontaneity.
