JOSELO

JOSELO is a multidisciplinary artist whose practice spans painting, sculpture, and installation art. Born in Mexico City in 1987, JOSELO developed an early fascination with the intersections between urban life and visual language, drawing influence from the vibrant street art and cultural heritage of his hometown. His work is recognized for its bold color palettes, geometric abstraction, and a sense of dynamic movement, often exploring themes of identity, community, and the shifting boundaries of personal and collective space.

JOSELO received his BFA from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México before relocating to Los Angeles, where his career flourished through solo exhibitions and collaborative projects with galleries across North America and Europe. Driven by a desire to forge new connections between viewers and their surroundings, JOSELO continues to experiment with unconventional materials and immersive environments, establishing himself as a compelling voice in contemporary art. His work has been featured in numerous publications, and his pieces reside in both private and public collections internationally.
