Ignez

Ignez is a Dutch techno producer and DJ originally from The Hague, Netherlands, recognized for his forward-thinking and atmospheric approach to electronic music. Born in 1997 as Aäron Inez, he began exploring music production in his teens, drawing from influences such as minimal techno, dub, and ambient soundscapes. Over the years, Ignez developed a distinctive sound characterized by intricate rhythms, immersive textures, and a hypnotic intensity that quickly set him apart in the underground scene.

His early releases on well-regarded labels such as Key Vinyl, MORD, and Token cemented Ignez’s reputation as a rising talent in European techno. His debut EPs garnered support from established artists and led to performances at notable clubs and festivals across Europe, including Berghain/Panorama Bar in Berlin, Shelter in Amsterdam, and Reaktor Events. Ignez’s dynamic and emotionally charged DJ sets seamlessly bridge deep, percussive grooves with experimental flourishes, cultivating a dedicated international following.

In 2022, Ignez joined Ellen Allien’s BPitch Control roster, further expanding his reach and musical evolution. His close attention to sonic detail and organic, flowing energy are both hallmarks of his ever-evolving live performances and productions.
