Hannah Monica is a multidisciplinary artist whose evocative work weaves together painting, sculpture, and digital media to explore themes of identity, memory, and the natural world. Drawing inspiration from her childhood in the Pacific Northwest, Hannah’s practice is rooted in the interplay between human experience and landscape, often blurring the boundaries between figuration and abstraction. She received her BFA from the Rhode Island School of Design in 2016 and has since exhibited in solo and group shows across the United States and Europe.
Her pieces are characterized by a deep sensitivity to material and an intuitive approach to form, resulting in work that feels both intimate and expansive. Currently based in Brooklyn, New York, Hannah continues to develop her artistic language, with recent projects delving into climate concerns and collective histories, positioning her as a compelling voice in contemporary art.
