Gonza Pistoia

Gonza Pistoia is a contemporary Argentine artist born in 1987 in Buenos Aires. Blending elements of urban culture, personal mythologies, and a fascination with surreal narratives, Pistoia has developed a distinctive visual language that bridges painting, muralism, and installation. Growing up in the vibrant atmosphere of Buenos Aires, he drew early influence from graffiti culture and the city’s dynamic street art scene, which continues to inform his energetic compositions and bold use of color.

Pistoia’s work investigates themes of memory, daily life, and fantastical imagination, creating layered scenes that invite audiences to decode their mysteries and narratives.
