GENIETUNES

Born and raised in Rotterdam, GENIETUNES is the moniker of Dutch DJ and producer Jeroen van Vliet. With an eclectic blend of house, techno, and disco, GENIETUNES quickly became a staple in the local underground club scene before taking his infectious energy to major festivals across Europe. Known for immersive live sets featuring unexpected genre twists and seamless transitions, GENIETUNES crafts dancefloor experiences that surprise and delight audiences.

Inspired by electronic pioneers like Daft Punk and Laurent Garnier, as well as the multicultural sounds of his hometown, GENIETUNES began experimenting with music production in his teens. His early SoundCloud mixes caught the attention of established promoters, leading to residencies at Rotterdam’s most popular venues and appearances on Dutch radio. In 2022, GENIETUNES released his debut EP “Night Moves,” earning critical acclaim for its inventive sound design and groove-heavy tracks.

Since then, he has collaborated with artists across Europe and contributed official remixes for emerging pop acts. GENIETUNES remains a champion of inclusivity and community on the dancefloor, often donating proceeds from gigs to local youth music programs. With a loyal following and an ever-expanding sonic palette, GENIETUNES continues to be at the forefront of electronic music innovation.
