G&T is a multidisciplinary artist duo formed by Grace Lee and Theo Ramirez, whose collaborative practice weaves together painting, installation, and sound. Originating from Los Angeles and Seoul, G&T’s work explores themes of cross-cultural identity, memory, and the interplay between digital and physical realities. Since meeting in London in 2015, the pair have exhibited internationally, including solo shows in Berlin, New York, and Seoul, as well as participating in group exhibitions and biennials across Europe and Asia.
Renowned for their immersive environments and experimental approaches, G&T often incorporate found objects, archival materials, and interactive technologies, inviting viewers to engage with shifting narratives and fragmented histories. Their work has been featured in publications such as Artforum and Frieze, and they have received awards from institutions like the National Endowment for the Arts and the Asia Culture Center. G&T’s ever-evolving practice foregrounds collaboration, often partnering with other artists, musicians, and communities to expand the boundaries of contemporary art and foster spaces for dialogue and connection.
