Funkerman, born Ardie van Beek in the Netherlands, is an internationally recognized DJ, producer, and founder of Flamingo Recordings. With his distinct blend of house and electronic music, Funkerman first gained global attention in the mid-2000s alongside fellow Dutch artists like Fedde Le Grand and Raf Jansen. He is best known for his chart-topping collaborations such as "Speed Up" and “3 Minutes to Explain,” as well as for his key role in the production of the iconic dance anthem “Put Your Hands Up For Detroit.
