Eileen (NL)

Eileen (NL) is a multidisciplinary artist based in the Netherlands, whose work explores the interplay between perception, memory, and place. Drawing inspiration from the Dutch landscape and her own encounters within it, Eileen creates atmospheric installations, paintings, and digital media pieces that evoke a sense of nostalgia and introspection. Her practice is characterized by subtle layering of materials and motifs, often blurring the boundaries between abstraction and figuration.

Since graduating from the Willem de Kooning Academy in Rotterdam, Eileen has exhibited widely across the Netherlands and Europe, earning recognition for her poetic approach to materials and sensitive engagement with space. Through residencies and collaborations, she continues to push the boundaries of her mediums, inviting viewers to enter quiet worlds where light, shadow, and time converge.
