Dino is an American singer, songwriter, and producer who rose to prominence in the late 1980s and early 1990s with his unique brand of dance-pop and freestyle music. Born Dean Esposito in Encino, California, Dino developed a passion for music at a young age, eventually studying communications at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where he also became a popular local DJ. His breakthrough came with the release of his debut album, "24/7," in 1989, which spawned several hit singles, including "I Like It" and "24/7," both of which became staples on dance charts and earned substantial airplay on radio and MTV.

Known for his smooth vocals and catchy hooks, Dino continued to release music and tour throughout the early '90s, with subsequent albums like "Swingin'" further showcasing his versatility and skill as a producer.
