Derrick Wize is an American visual artist known for his bold exploration of color, mixed media, and urban influences. Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, Derrick developed an early fascination with street art and graffiti, which served as a springboard for his distinctive style characterized by dynamic compositions, layered textures, and a vibrant palette. After earning his BFA from Otis College of Art and Design, Wize immersed himself in the local art scene, collaborating with other emerging artists and participating in group exhibitions across Southern California.
