Demuja, born Bernhard Weiss, is an Austrian DJ, producer, and label owner known for his vibrant blend of house, disco, and soulful electronic music. Hailing from Salzburg, Demuja’s journey began as a breakdancer before discovering his passion for DJing and music production. Channeling a deep love for analog gear and classic sounds, his productions often carry a soulful, rhythmic warmth, earning recognition from both underground heads and global tastemakers.

Since his debut releases around 2015, Demuja has released music on respected labels such as Shall Not Fade, Freerange, Madhouse, and Toy Tonics, among others. In 2016, he founded his own imprint, MUJA, further broadening his creative output. His 2018 LP ‘Hidden Paradise’ established him as a unique voice in house music, and follow-up projects such as ‘Vanish’ have cemented his reputation for infectious grooves paired with lush, retro-inspired atmospheres.

Demuja’s energetic DJ sets span iconic clubs and festivals across Europe and beyond, marked by seamless blends of deep house, raw disco edits, and breakbeat influences. As both an artist and curator, Demuja continuously explores new territory while staying rooted in the essence of club culture.
