DaiSu

DaiSu is a multidisciplinary artist whose innovative practice bridges the realms of painting, sculpture, and digital media. Born in Taipei and currently based in Berlin, DaiSu’s work explores themes of identity, memory, and the intersection between tradition and futurism. Drawing from East Asian philosophies and avant-garde artistic methods, DaiSu’s creations are recognized for their ethereal use of color, intricate layering techniques, and tactile engagement with unconventional materials.

After earning an MFA from the Berlin University of the Arts, DaiSu has exhibited internationally, with works featured in galleries and museums across Europe, Asia, and North America. Their art challenges viewers to immerse themselves in a liminal space where the tangible and the ephemeral coexist, inviting reflection on both personal and collective narratives. DaiSu has been the recipient of multiple awards, including the Emerging Artist Fellowship from the Taipei Fine Arts Museum, and continues to push the boundaries of contemporary art through collaborations, installations, and experimental projects.
