Candy Jones

Candy Jones is a contemporary mixed-media artist known for her evocative explorations of memory, identity, and transformation. Born in 1987 in Detroit, Michigan, Jones developed an early appreciation for visual storytelling through her exposure to the city’s vibrant street art and industrial landscapes, which later inspired her signature use of bold colors and layered textures. After earning her BFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 2009, she continued her studies with an MFA from UCLA, expanding her practice to include sculpture, installation, and digital media.

Jones’s work has been exhibited in solo and group shows across the United States and internationally, including prominent galleries in New York, Los Angeles, and Berlin.
