Byron The Aquarius, born Byron Blaylock in Birmingham, Alabama, is a highly respected DJ, producer, and musician known for his dynamic blend of house, jazz, funk, and techno. Starting his musical journey as a classically trained pianist, Byron’s early interest in hip-hop production evolved after he studied music at college and was introduced to electronic soundscapes. His breakthrough came through collaborations with Detroit legend Kai Alcé, leading to releases on labels such as FXHE (led by Omar-S), Sound Signature, Eglo Records, and Shall Not Fade.

Byron's music is defined by soulful arrangements, intricate melodies, and live instrumentation, drawing from jazz improvisation and deep house grooves. His standout 2016 debut EP, "Highlife," on Sound Signature, caught the attention of audiences worldwide, establishing him as a driving force in contemporary dance music. His acclaimed album "Astral Traveling" (2020) further showcased his versatility, merging cosmic jazz influences with dancefloor-ready beats.

In addition to his studio work, Byron is noted for high-energy DJ sets and live performances that fuse keyboards, drum machines, and vinyl, often improvising with jazz musicians on stage.
